‘The Lost City’ follows a reclusive romance author (Sandra Bullock) who discovers that the mythical city she has been writing about is truly real and sets off on a mission to find it.

She travels with her cover model (Channing Tatum), whom she dislikes — that is, until an abduction attempt drags them both into a bloody jungle adventure, revealing that reality can be wilder and more romantic than any of her paperback novels.

‘The Lost City’ is an action-adventure rom-com directed by Adam and Aaron Nee, best known for their feature films ‘The Last Romantic’ (2006) and ‘Band of Robbers’ (2015). The former received an Emerging Filmmaker Award at the Denver International Film Festival, while the latter won a Director's Choice Award at the Naples Film Festival.
