Halloween Ends

Since a certain fateful Halloween night in 1963 when young Michael Myers (played by Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney, in 1978 and 2018 respectively) exposed his hapless sister to the sharp end of a shining kitchen knife, the little Illinois hamlet of Haddonfield has seen more than its fair share of bloodshed. And it looks like they are not out of the woods yet.

The blighted Midwestern village is still recovering after the events of the last film, ‘Halloween Kills’ (2021), while Myers, having grown as a force of pure evil with "the blackest eyes", is still on the loose after surviving a bloody confrontation with a furious Haddonfield crowd.

In ‘Halloween Ends’, Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis) must guarantee that Myers dies this time, and she must make a major sacrifice to ultimately put a stop to the 40-year nightmare.

David Gordon Green, who also directed the previous two ‘Halloween’ films, directs ‘Halloween Ends’. In addition to horror pictures, his filmography includes comedies such as ‘Pineapple Express’ (2008), ‘Your Highness’ (2011), and ‘The Sitter’ (2011). Danny McBride, who wrote the scripts for both ‘Halloween Kills’ and ‘Halloween Ends’, joins Green behind the camera.
