Don't Worry Darling

‘Don't Worry Darling’ is a film about a woman who lives in an experimental utopian society. She tells her story as she begins to wonder whether her husband is too good to be true.

Alice (Florence Pugh), a miserable housewife, gradually begins to doubt her own sanity as she notices weird happenings in her little, utopian town in the California desert. Her wonderful spouse, Jack (Harry Styles), adores her but keeps a horrible secret from her.

Olivia Wilde directed the film, which comes two years after she made her directorial debut with the coming-of-age comedy ‘Booksmart’ (2019), for which she received the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature.

Before pivoting to become a director, Wilde rose to prominence for her role as Remy "Thirteen" Hadley on the medical drama television series ‘House’ (2007–2012). She has also appeared in ‘Tron: Legacy’ (2010), ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ (2011), and ‘The Lazarus Effect’ (2015).
